Our Services

1

Recovery Coaching

A NDIS Recovery Coach is equipped with specialized mental health expertise. This role is specifically designed for NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities who need assistance in navigating the intricate challenges of daily life. The primary goal of a Recovery Coach is to enhance participants' social and economic independence by providing tailored capacity building supports. These coaches invest time in developing a deep understanding of each participant and their unique needs, engaging not only with the individual but also with their support network. This personalized approach aims to foster greater self-awareness and empower individuals to achieve meaningful participation in their communities.

2

Personal Training

Offering personal training with a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science coupled with a background in psychology allows us to provide a comprehensive approach to participants' fitness journeys. By integrating knowledge of human physiology and exercise science with insights into behavior, motivation, and mental health, we tailor training programs that not only optimize physical fitness but also address psychological factors influencing health and well-being. This holistic approach ensures that participants receive personalized support, achieve their fitness goals more effectively, and develop sustainable habits for long-term health and happiness.

3

Peer Support Work

Peer support workers have their own lived experience and play a crucial role in providing empathetic understanding, practical advice, and encouragement to NDIS participants. By sharing their own journeys and strategies for overcoming challenges, peer support workers empower individuals to develop skills, build resilience, and navigate the complexities of the NDIS effectively. This approach fosters a sense of community and solidarity among participants, promoting not only personal growth but also a deeper sense of belonging and self-confidence in managing their unique circumstances. Ultimately, peer support work under the NDIS framework enhances participants' abilities to lead fulfilling lives and actively contribute to their communities.
